Admission Protocol

New Student Admission Protocol

Step 1: Announcement of Application

Application forms will be available on our website in January

Please check in December for Updates

Step 2: Application Fee
(1000 baht Placement test, non-refundable)

Step 3: ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Applicants should complete the following steps:

1. Complete the application form online

2. Upload a copy of a 1" x 1.5" photo (white or blue background only).

3. Upload a copy of the following documents:
a. Birth certificate (Thai Students) or the first page of passport (Foreign Students).
b. The most recent report cards from the current school year and final report cards from the previous year.

4. Take the placement test on the date specified.

Step 4: PLACEMENT TESTS

KAIS administers placement tests, both written and oral, to determine the applicant's proficiency in the English Language in the following areas:

Language skills

• Reading comprehension/oral reading
• Essay writing
• Mathematics

Parents and students will be interviewed by the grade-level teacher

Acceptance is based on:

Transcript, academic and behavioral records from previous school

Placement test results

Recommendations of the interviewer

Availability of space

Age

Behavior

Step 5: Notification of Acceptance

The office of KAIS Admissions will get in contact with you for a followup.

Step 6: Registration Proccess

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

Accepted students follow these steps for enrollment:

1. Pick up the registration package.

2. Register on the designated date.

3. Pay registration fee at the Finance Office.

4. Submit remaining documents required.

5.Buy uniforms at KAIS.

Notes:

Summer School
New students are required to attend summer school, a four-week session held in June.
